🗑️♻️ Clean Parks: How You Can Help

Keeping our parks in Chestertown clean is a shared responsibility that helps preserve the beauty and enjoyment of these spaces for everyone. Whether you're taking a walk, enjoying time with family, or letting your dog get some exercise, small actions make a big difference.

What you can do:

• Pick up after your pets and dispose of dog waste bags in designated trash cans
• Use trash and recycling bins properly—don’t leave items on the ground
• Avoid littering, even small items like bottle caps or wrappers
• Respect park signage and posted rules
• Keep food waste contained to avoid attracting wildlife
• Report maintenance concerns or full trash bins to the Town
• Leave the park better than you found it for the next visitor

By doing your part, you help ensure our parks remain safe, welcoming, and enjoyable for all residents and visitors.
