Fried Rice loves everything about life and he shows you by wiggling his whole body. He is an energetic puppy that loves to play with toys and can even toss them in the air for himself. He is still learning how the whole long legs thing works. He does great with other dogs here at the shelter and even met a kitten and did surprisingly well. Fried Rice already has a few skills that include sit and stealing your heart. He is a 10 month old, neutered male, Labrador Retriever mix who weighs around 40 pounds but is still growing. Like all puppies Fried Rice will require basic training, time, and commitment. He will quickly become your best friend and wiggle his way into your heart.

Hushpuppy is a 1 year old, spayed female, Pit Bull Mix, who weighs 42 pounds. She is a goofy girl and loves smiling at the camera or sticking her tongue out for pictures. She already knows how to sit and takes treats very politely. Hushpuppy loves playing with toys and running around the yard, she also gets along with new doggy friends after a slower introduction. Hushuppy was picked up with her sister Cornbread running as a stray. Sadly, their owner never reclaimed them but they are both ready for a fresh start and a new home.

Cornbread is a 1 year old, spayed female, Pit Bull mix, who weighs just under 50 lbs. As you can see from her pictures she is a very sweet and submissive girl. She loves to be around people and get all of your attention. Cornbread will happily sit for a treat and takes them very gently. Inside she prefers to sit on the couch and chill, outside she loves to romp around and carry toys in her mouth. Cornbread was picked up with her sister Hushpuppy running as a stray. Sadly, their owner never reclaimed them but they are both ready for a fresh start and a new home.

This sweet boy is Bubble Gum. He is a 6 year old, neutered male, Beagle mix, who weighs 37 pounds. When Bubble Gum came to us he was injured but despite that he has always been the happiest boy. Bubble Gum has had some extra TLC while being at the shelter and now he is searching for his family. He loves treats, any kind will do. He also enjoys sniffing around the yard. Bubble Gum gets along well with other dogs and enjoys having a playmate. He is ready to pop into your life, come to the shelter to see if he is the four legged friend for you.

Say hello to Curly Fries! This handsome boy is a 7 year old neutered male German Shepherd and weighs just under 80lbs! He did very well meeting dogs at the shelter and kind of prefers to just do his own thing. He is also a very smart boy and already knows "sit", "shake", "stay" and "come". He loves treats so this will make any future training a breeze! He is a very sweet and loving boy who will lean in for pets, loves rolling around and getting belly rubs and loves a good game of tug o' war! Don't let his age fool you! Curly Fries still loves to run and play so he would be great for an active family! We know this handsome pup won't stay adoptable for long so be sure to call us for an appointment to see him today!

We had a great time at Careers on the Move at Spring Run Elementary School today. Our puppies came back tired but happy! Hoping we recruited some future Animal Services Officers. ☺️

We are expanding! 😁

Our new facility is scheduled to be completed by the end of the year. We are expanding our workforce and seeking new members for our team!
