Chester City Trash & Recycling: Know the Rules

🗑️♻️ CHESTER, LET’S PUT IT IN THE RIGHT PLACE!
A quick reminder can make a BIG difference on collection day.
♻️ Recycling carts are for RECYCLING ONLY. Please do not use your recycling cart as an extra trash can.
🗑️ All household trash must be INSIDE your trash cart. Bags left on the ground around your cart will not be collected.

Two simple rules. One cleaner Chester.
RIGHT CART. RIGHT STUFF. CLEANER CHESTER.
