Services include Healthy Start, Nurse-Family Partnership, Cribs for Kids and the Hispanic Resource Center. Individuals can call 610.497.73

October is . Today, our staff showed their support for individuals who have experienced domestic violence by participating in , an annual reminder that while you can't always see when someone is experiencing domestic violence (DV), we can always make our support for them known.

In Pennsylvania, 1 in 3 women, 1 in 4 men, and nearly half of LGBTQ+ individuals will experience domestic violence in their lifetime. However, there are resources available. In Delaware County, we're fortunate to have and , two incredible organizations working to ensure safe access to housing, clothing, legal counsel, and advocacy assistance for individuals and families experiencing DV.

If you or a loved one are experiencing DV or want to learn more about support options available, you can get access to safety planning, crisis interventions, referrals, and nonjudgmental support through Domestic Abuse Project of Delaware County's 24/7-access hotline: (610) 565-4590
