Update Thursday, May 14, 4:00 pm: East Liverpool Police Department was able to safely take Chris Woolley into custody without incident! Thank you community for the tips and vigilance!

Chester Police Department has active Felony warrants for Chris C Woolley Jr, 39 years old, from East Liverpool. They are for Domestic Violence and Malicious Assault. Anyone having information of his whereabouts are asked to call their local Police or the Hancock Co Dispatch Center at (304) 564-4100. This is a recent picture. He may have shaved his beard and bleached his hair blond.

There was a school bus that was rear-ended on Carolina Avenue in Chester this morning, May 5th, as it was transporting students to Oak Glen high school and middle school. Police responded, along with an ambulance as a precaution. No injuries were reported. The vehicle driving into the back of the bus did leave the scene. After a short investigation, the vehicle and driver were identified, and citations were issued to the motorist. No alcohol or drug use is suspected. School administrators did respond to the accident to check on the bus driver and students, and later did an automated call to the involved students parents/guardians to notify them of the situation.
