May 8th, 2026, from 6-8pm was a great discussion about Mental Health Awareness over a meal and soft drinks. We closed out with an introduction about yoga and breathing exercises from Caprice O’Brien.

She works out of a studio in Berlin Township. Here is the address to all who are interested.
The studio is entitled “Reiki My Yoga.”
