Transfer Station Permits and Bag Tags can be purchased online at https://cheshire-ma.gov/transfer-station/. If you purchase online, we will have your permit and tags available for pick up at the Transfer Station.

You can also purchase your FY27 Permit and Bag Tags at Town Offices on Tuesday's or at the Transfer Station during regular operating hours.

The deadline to purchase is June 30th.

Music: Sky Full of Dippers 4-6 p.m. Wayside Sound 6-8 p.m.
Line Dancing Demonstration by Line Dancing with Tina.

Cheshire Memorial Day Parade and Ceremony: Monday May 25, 2026 at 1:00 p.m.
Parade route: Community House (191 Church Street), to School Street, to Church Street, to Depot Street, to Dean St, to Richmond St, to South Str (Route 8) to Church Street.
The parade will stop at the Cheshire Athenaeum (former Town Hall) for the Memorial Day Ceremony. In case of rain and cancellation of the parade the ceremony will take place at the Community House at 1:00 p.m.

Join us for the parade and ceremony on Monday. The Historical Commission is opening the Cheshire Museum from 11 am - 3 pm, stop by to see the Cheshire Veterans display.
