🚗 CAR SEAT SAFETY CHECKS 🚗

We’re teaming up with the Chepachet Fire Department during their Chicken Dinner on Saturday, September 12th!

Officer Ryan Charleson will be on site from 4:00–8:00 PM offering car seat safety checks and installation assistance.

Whether you have questions about your current setup or need help properly installing a car seat, stop by and see us while you’re there.

🇺🇸 9/11 Memorial Patches Available

We have a limited number of our 9/11 memorial patches available for purchase for $10 each-cash only.

Patches can be purchased at the Glocester Police Department Monday-Friday between 9am-3pm.

We honor and remember the lives lost, the heroes who answered the call, and all those forever impacted by September 11, 2001.

The Glocester Police Department would like to recognize Patrolman Paul Houle and congratulate him on his retirement following an incredible 35 years of dedicated service to the Town of Glocester.

Throughout his career, Patrolman Houle spent the majority of his time serving our community on third shift patrol. Over the course of 35 years, Paul has witnessed many changes within our department and the law enforcement profession, while remaining a constant and valued member of the Glocester Police Department.

Those who have had the opportunity to work alongside Paul know him for his kindness, his contagious laugh, and the positive presence he has brought to the department throughout his career. And, of course, we would be remiss if we didn’t recognize Paul’s talents outside of police work, where he trades his uniform for the stage as a member of the band Run’N Wild.

We thank Patrolman Houle for his many years of service, dedication, and commitment to the Glocester community.

On behalf of the entire Glocester Police Department, congratulations on your retirement, Paul. We wish you all the best in this next chapter. You have certainly earned it!

He’s ready to clock out… unfortunately, no one told him he still has a full shift ahead of him. Sorry, Garry!

At least he’s enforcing his very important three toy minimum to get him through the day.

Last night, surrounded by friends, family, colleagues, and members of our community, the Glocester Police Department held a special swearing-in ceremony before the Glocester Town Council to recognize four members of our department as they officially stepped into their new leadership roles.

It was a proud evening for the Glocester Police Department as we celebrated the accomplishments, dedication, and continued service of these four officers.
