Our area saw some damage, mainly on Hwy 71 North at the intersection of Munson Road. 7-9 power poles were snapped at that location. Bayou Road north of town in the 8-900 block also saw damage. Crews assessed the rest of the District and that’s the only area with the most damage. Power crews will be working in that area so be cautious.

Another burn ban had been issued.
