Fourth District Libertarians - LPKS We are a branch of the Libertarian Party of Kansas. The Fourth District of Kansas covers 16 counties The largest city in the district is Wichita.

Kansas' 4th Congressional District is located in southern Kansas and includes Barber, Butler, Chautauqua, Comanche, Cowley, Edwards, Elk, Greenwood, Harper, Harvey, Kingman, Kiowa, Pratt, Sedgwick, Stafford, and Sumner counties. This is an outreach page (not for necessarily just for Libertarians only). This page will be updated for meetings (locations and times), local legislation/news, and events

The F we are. Show up and speak out against this.

Last month, the Wichita City Council discussed funding for two robotic dogs for Wichita police. After over an hour of discussion, it was delayed, and is set to be discussed again on Tuesday.

If both are purchased, it would be at a discounted price of roughly $629,000. One dog would be assigned to SWAT and the other to the bomb squad.
