The current owner of this property was before the Cheltenham Zoning Board Monday evening with a proposal to build three mid-rise buildings, holding 79 units, for 55+ owners. The middle building would require the demolition of this 300+ year-old house. They were unable to complete their presentation that evening, so will be "continued", probably until the October meeting.
