This week we did an Air-Consumption Dodgeball Drill with Hy-View Fire Company and U-Crest Fire District #4

Dodgeball is far more than just a nostalgic playground game; it is a high-intensity, full-body workout that challenges both your physical limits and your mental agility with the benefits spanning across physical health, cognitive sharping, and social bonding.
