I had the best time at the Tea Part with my adopted mentor Miss Kansas. She was the sweetest! I can’t wait to cheer for her on Sunday night.

Expo and Talent Competition in the books! I. Got to hang out with Junior Miss Clinton County 2026 - Mackie Malli at the expo and again during intermission at talent and reception. I had so much fun chatting, taking pictures and making videos with her. I found so many cute things at the Expo and found the Iowa and Illinois shoes. Everyone’s talents were amazing and I had so many favorites but my Iowa and Illinois girls will always have my votes. I found a second wind at Reception and started getting autographs and then what seemed like a forever long walk to get back to the hotel! Today’s events are Little Sister’s Tea Party and the Gala tonight.

Today’s adventures included picking up our credentials for Miss America, my Little Sister’s sash, shopping, trying to find the beach (we did finally find the public entrance with some police assistance due to all the construction) dinner at El Camino and dessert at Sloan’s Ice Cream (again hard to navigate through construction and what was across the street from our hotel ended up being a four block walk to get around the construction)

Bonus- mom said she was reminded why she wasn’t missing work when we had to walk past the construction porta potties!
