Pilot Mound Township Board announces its Election for Supervisor and Treasurer on Tuesday March 11, 2025 from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. followed by the Annual Meeting and Board of Canvass.

Pilot Mound will hold its regular March meeting on Monday, March 10, 2025 at 7:30 p.m.
Both meetings and election will be held at the Pilot Mound Town Hall The address is 31365 State Highway 30, Chatfield MN 55923.

The December meeting of the Pilot Mound Township Board has been moved from the original posted date to Thursday, December 14th, 2023 at Steve Erickson residence, 29929 Harrow Road, at 7:30 p.m.

The November Township Board meeting will meet on Monday, November 13 at the Town Hall. The meeting will start at 3:30 p.m. so the Board can meet with and advisor about a new Town Hall.

Age Friendly update:

Thanks to all who shared their ideas and comments for Age Friendly Pilot Mound. Eight have signed up to continue with our action plan. For these people look for a trial email in the next day or two. Please reply that this was received. If not received soon send me an email at [email protected].

Something to consider looking forward is how we will communicate first between ourselves and potential clients and volunteers.

The Pilot Mound Board Township Board page is primarily used for Township Announcements such as PM Board meeting dates and times, election info, etc. It is not in the Board's interest for Age Friendly to take over as I see there will be a lot of back and forth conversations on several threads. So I recommend we get an Age Friendly FB page for Pilot Mound.

Also consider the need for either a second Age Friendly FB page for clients and volunteers. No doubt some of this info may be sensitive. I am not sure how Age Friendly Fillmore County will want this handled. The next meeting of the all county committee is set for October 6.
