We are so thankful for the time and attention all of these students gave at Helping Hands Food Pantry today.

We had the honor of having the Charlotte Public Schools, MI Charlotte Orioles Baseball team volunteer alongside our volunteers today. This is the largest group we have ever had volunteer at the pantry of 28 people.

They tackled a whole sheet of projects and learned about our mission and vision. They saw why our Expanding Hope-A Bold Step Toward a Stronger Future Campaign is so needed and how construction is coming along.

Thank you to the coaches for instilling the importance of service to others. Each student was so polite and respectful to member of our communities experiencing hardship.

Tomorrow is Loads of Love at Charlotte Quality Diary generously provided by GFWC - Charlotte, MI.

8am until funds run out (usually around 11am)

Saturday, May 16, 2026, GFWC-Charlotte will be at Quality Dairy Laundromat giving quarters out from 8 a.m. to noon for Loads of Love.

Huge shout out to Charlotte Evening Rotary Club for their continued dedication serving our community at Helping Hands Food Pantry.

Without the continued support of organizations collaborating together are we able to make tangible differences.

Thank you for tackling the US Postal Service "Stamp Out Hunger Drive" each year.

You all sorted 2600 pounds of food allowing us to distribute them next week.

So exciting to share our "Expanding Hope-A Bold Step Toward a Stronger Future" Expansion Campaign and how the construction is coming along.

This week we had the honor of having Weichert, Realtors - Emerald Properties volunteer with our pantry.

While groups tour Helping Hands Food Pantry, we explain our mission, our purpose, and our process of serving our communities.

It is always enlightening to hear the questions and feedback of how different the experience is versus what they thought it would be like.

We really do connect the need, the person, and the resource all together to make lasting change for others.
