A huge thank you to Eaton Community Bank and their dedicated Juneteenth volunteers who roll up their sleeves and jump in to make a difference.

From cleaning bathrooms, vacuuming carpet, bagging tampons and pads, washing freezers, and so much more. We are so grateful to everyone who is willing to partner together to make a tangible difference at Helping Hands Food Pantry.

In the middle of so much activity, we took time to learn about the mission and vision at our pantry as well as the progress for our "Expanding Hope-A Bold Step Toward a Stronger Future" Campaign.

We are so thankful for the opportunity to partner together every year. Thank you for helping us, help people facing hunger.

Tomorrow, 6/20 is the only double match day for "Simply Give" at Charlotte Meijer. For every $10 card purchased, Meijer will match an additional $20 for a total donation of $30 given to Helping Hands Food Pantry. No need to bring in the cards. As soon as check out, your purchase is donated directly from Meijer.

Every donation designated for Simply Give, will be purchased and matched.

Today was so beautiful, it was a perfect opportunity to visit our partners at Earth To Table Urban Garden.

They have expanded so many parts of the gardens including their pollinators section.

Various crops were already ripening and others were just sprouting.

Well done crew. We can't wait to see what the future holds and how people benefit from these crops.

A couple of weeks ago, Joy Black, from First Baptist Church, Charlotte, MI, brought a thoughtful gift to our volunteers.

See... all the women in the Wednesday Ladies Bible Study, wanted to remind the Helping Hands Food Pantry volunteers how appreciated they are.

They brought gloves for all the "helping hands" and we couldn't have been more touched.

What a thoughtful way to thank a group of people who continually give of their time and service to others.

Thank you ladies for your heartfelt gift.
