The banks will be the only ones to make out with the 50 year mortgage. Unfortunately there is an estimated 21 black owned banks in AMERICA.. So per usual the rich get richer and the poor makes babies..

Please do not let anyone convince you this is a solution to anything other than the banks making a butt load of money due to the CAR BUBBLE no one is really talking about. You remember when the banks had to finance you for 40k for a car that retailed for 30k . This was 3 years ago. Fast forward you owe 30k , took a 72 month payoff and the car is now worth 12k. Well repossessions have been up in recent years so banks need another way to make that money back, so why not 50 year mortgages? 😒
