✨ Gracious Hands 11 year anniversary ✨
For 11 incredible years, Gracious Hands has been a place of hope, healing, and new beginnings helping women and children move from homelessness to self-sufficiency.
Homelessness doesn’t just mean lacking a home. For many women and children, it brings instability, trauma, disrupted education, health challenges, and emotional stress. It can affect a child’s sense of safety and a mother’s ability to provide stability, making it harder for families to rebuild and move forward. But with support, guidance, and compassion, cycles can be broken and futures can be restored.
What started as a vision was brought to life by Dr. Chisolm, whose heart for serving others sparked a movement of transformation. Little did she know that her vision would grow into a lifeline for so many families in our community.
Thanks to the unwavering support of our village donors, partners, volunteers, and advocates Gracious Hands has been able to walk alongside women and children every step of their journey toward independence and stability.
Today we celebrate 11 years of resilience, restoration, and renewed hope. We are proud of the lives already touched and committed to helping even more women and children build brighter futures in the years to come.
Here’s to continuing the mission, strengthening families, and creating lasting change. 💜💚
