Thank you so much to Matthew Ridenhour for sharing the incredible story behind the Mecklenburg Declaration of Independence! We learned so much about Charlotte’s rich history and and left with an even greater appreciation for Charlotte’s unique place in American history. Now we definitely need to do the Charlotte Liberty Walk!
