This month, we celebrate an incredible milestone — 20 years of service from our Deputy Director, Francis D’Huyvetter!

For the past two decades, Francis has been a steady leader at Eaton County Central Dispatch, always putting both the employees and the mission first. He genuinely cares about the people he works alongside and is always willing to step in, help, teach, and support the team no matter the situation. His calm approach, dedication, and willingness to invest in others have made a lasting impact on so many throughout the years.

Francis is also known for his extensive knowledge of radios and communications systems, helping ensure our responders have reliable communications when they need them most. In addition, his years of experience and deep understanding of the fire service have been invaluable to both ECCD and the agencies we serve. His ability to bridge communications and responder needs makes him an incredible asset to our county and public safety partners.

Thank you, Francis, for your 20 years of leadership, dedication, knowledge, and commitment to public safety. Congratulations on this incredible accomplishment!
