It’s Hispanic Heritage Spirit Week!
Our school community is proudly celebrating National Hispanic Heritage Month to honor the rich histories, cultures, and contributions of Hispanic and Latino Americans. Students and staff are invited to show their school pride and cultural appreciation through daily themed dress-up days and classroom activities. Check out the schedule below, and let’s come together to appreciate the vibrant diversity that makes our school so special!
Monday, Sept. 14 – Flag Day: Wear the colors of a Latin American flag! (Sports apparel and jerseys are welcome).
Tuesday, Sept. 15 – Inspiration: Dress up as your favorite Latin American actor, singer, author, or influencer.
Wednesday, Sept. 16 – Como La Flor: Wear flowers in your hair, flower headbands, or floral clothing and accessories.
Thursday, Sept. 17 – Honoring Hispanic Vaqueros: Wear cowboy or cowgirl attire to honor the traditions of the very first cowboys.
Friday, Sept. 18 – Heritage Day: Dress in traditional Hispanic culture attire!
