In fall 2011, a small group of community members, including education, community, and business leaders, united around a vision to transform education for children in Charlotte, North Carolina – a vision that would champion leadership and learning while embracing each child’s potential and inspiring them to aim higher to achieve success. With that vision in mind, INVEST COLLEGIATE Consortium, Inc.,

a North Carolina non-profit corporation, was created for the purpose of developing a public charter school of choice to provide an exemplary educational opportunity for all children.
