This Saturday (9/5), join Coach Sharra from RVH Wellness at the University City Farmers Market for a free 30-minute guided stretch and mobility session by the lake!

Whether you’ve been sitting at a desk all week, hitting the gym or just want to move and feel a little better, this beginner-friendly flow will help loosen tight hips, improve mobility, and give your body a weekend reset.

Do you have questions about data centers and what their growth could mean for Charlotte? City of Charlotte Government wants to hear from you.

A series of community feedback meetings are being held to help residents learn more about data center impacts, ask questions and provide input, including one right here in University City on September 26.

Join city officials and subject matter experts at University City The United Methodist Church on Saturday, 9/26 from 4-6 pm for an open conversation about the issue and the roles local and state government can play.

There’s a delicious new addition to The Boardwalk at University Place!

Juicy dumpling officially opens its doors today (9/2) at 8933 J M Keynes Dr. #1, bringing handmade dumplings, Xiao Long Bao (soup dumplings), pan-fried buns, fried rice, noodles, and plenty of other comforting Chinese dishes to University City.

The restaurant offers a laid-back, welcoming atmosphere, and guests can even watch the team hand make dumplings through a viewing window!

We’re excited to welcome Juicy Dumpling to University City and The Boardwalk. Who’s stopping by to give them a try?

Something new is coming to University City later this year!

Charlotte has officially launched the first of its new digital touchscreen kiosks, with more planned for communities across the city, including University City. These kiosks offer free Wi-Fi, navigation, public information, and advertising to help people more easily connect with nearby destinations, businesses, and resources.

We’re looking forward to their arrival in University City later this year as they add another layer of connectivity to our community!
