Centralina Workforce Development Board We help Centralina businesses expand and thrive through a globally competitve workforce.

Our public and private sector community leaders are regionally focused, locally driven, and dedicated to providing innovative employment and training strategies. The Centralina Workforce Development Board (WDB) is a non-profit organization governed by a private driven volunteer board of directors responsible for developing policy and overseeing local workforce development initiatives in partnership with the local elected officials.
