We are pleased to announce that Hajoca has entered into an agreement to acquire the assets of The Majestic Bath, LLC. (Majestic), located in Charlotte, NC. We anticipate the closing of the transaction on February 28, 2011.

The Majestic Bath is a premier stand alone Kitchen and Bath showroom, which has been servicing the greater Charlotte area, since 2004. We are very excited about joining forces with Vicky Ruotolo and Wanda Jackson. Sergio Caro will manage the new Profit Center.
