Follow the ABCs of Safe Sleep!
Alone: The child is asleep alone in their own space.
Back: Place infants on their back anytime they are asleep. This helps reduce chances of SIDS and suffocation.
Crib: Use a firm mattress with a tightly fitted sheet. Keep the crib free from pillows, blankets, stuffed animals, bumpers, and toys.

Join us for Barry-Eaton Baby Cafe next week! Baby Cafe is a FREE informal place for moms (and even dads!) to meet up and learn more about breastfeeding from professionals who can answer any questions you may have. Baby Café meetings not only provide expert advice but also a chance to meet and share experiences with other breastfeeding moms. Anyone can join and we're excited to see you!
