Crown Town Hall is a mobile engagement strategy seeking to change the way local government and community residents engage, connect to resources, share ideas and learn from one another. CrownTownHall takes public engagement opportunities out of the constraints of “regular business hours,” and night time meetings, and delivers them right to Charlotte’s neighborhoods. Through a series of pop-up event
s, neighbors will have the opportunity to meet their elected officials, sign up for city services, review area planning efforts, find out about job opportunities, receive translation services, and more! City government shouldn’t be a mystery to be solved or a maze to be navigated. CrownTownHall brings the information and the power of government to the people! This isn't your parents public meeting.
