This year's World Su***de Prevention Day theme, "Changing the Narrative on Su***de," encourages us to challenge stigma and Start the Conversation. Su***de remains a significant public health issue, and older adults are among the populations at increased risk. In fact, one in four older adults will succeed in their attempts of su***de compared to 1 in 200 youths.

A simple conversation can make a powerful difference.

๐Ÿ“ฒCall a loved one.
๐Ÿ“จSend a text.
โค๏ธCheck in and let them know they're not alone.

If someone is struggling, call or text 988 for free, confidential support 24/7.

Lets change the narrative. Start the conversation. Save lives.
