Looking for a way to stay active as the colder months settle in? Come join us at Beaver Island Community School!
BI Fit is not a formal workout program. Come at your own pace and choose what works for you. You can use the exercise equipment available in the gym, walk laps, or simply enjoy having a warm indoor space to keep moving.
🏓 Coming soon: Pickleball! We’ll have equipment set up for seniors who would like to play.
A big thank you to our wonderful volunteers who give their time to make BI Fit possible, and to Beaver Island Community School for welcoming our island seniors and providing a great space to stay active.
