WATER OUTAGE UPDATE #2

Attention Charlestown Residents:

As we continue working to repair the water outage, some residents may begin to see their water service restored.

Please note that a boil water advisory is currently in effect until 9am tomorrow morning. We recommend that all water used for drinking, cooking, brushing teeth, or food preparation be brought to a rolling boil for at least one minute before use.

We will provide additional updates as work progresses and will notify you once the advisory has been lifted.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Update regarding pavement staining in Cool Springs, Trinity Woods, and Scott Gardens
Attention Residents:

This notice is to provide an update regarding the pavement staining observed throughout the neighborhoods listed above.

The Maryland Department of Environment (MDE) has reassessed the situation and is satisfied with the cleanup performed by Republic.

Please notify us if any new issues arise, and we will address them promptly.
