Since 9:30am I have stood strong to fight against another bloated budget. Tomorrow, you'll hear from our "Republican" leadership throwing key words (and lies) about a "DOGE-style" budget. Once again, they are all talk and no action. I presented cuts to our budget that would return money to your wallet - they said no. We argued that you are better stewards of your money than the government - they said no. We believe a "Republican" super majority should act with conservative values - they said no. Since I was elected, I've stood up to the lies and held strong to the truth. I'll continue that tonight, tomorrow, and every single day I'm in Columbia.

RE: The $1.8 billion ACCOUNTING ENTRY made 8 years ago by 3 agencies and audited by two entities.
It was an accounting entry...
Not money in a mysterious bank account
Not money, it was (budgetary) appropriations.
Not missing money.
Not stolen money
Not misspent money.
Not money flittered away to dubious persons or programs.
It is an accounting entry that had no effect on cash.
