Here, Rep. Bost is doing district work by providing resources available for access by every Congressional representative. You have to do the work together with every community to connect resources to address local needs.
To date, Rep. Mary Miller has brought back exactly $0 to her district for a record 5th year. It's why she deserves all the challenges to her status quo maintenance in the 15th US Congressional District.
By not doing anything, Miller places more burden on not only local and county leaders, but also every taxpayer, property owner, renter, retiree, business owner and their employees, and farmers.
When needs go unmet, vital services suffer. For critical needs, elected leaders must find resources from local taxpayers who are already paying too much to just keep the property they already paid to own.
Thankfully, both Republicans and Democrats have choices in the primary in 2026. That's welcome change, considering Dems couldn't rally around any candidate in 2024, while Republicans only had a derelict incumbent to support to watch coast to another 2 year term.
Hopefully, the candidate coming out of the contested primary will have financial and logistical backing from individuals and organizations.
It's vital the eventual Democratic nominee reach out to all voters, as it will be impossible to win a general election without broad support from both Republicans and Democrats but to also inspire voters who usually stay home in midterm elections or tuneout politics altogether.
And, Republicans have a choice as well in 2026. A Republican challenger to Miller needs to connect directly with conservative voters outside the establishment without antagonizing Miller's incumbent support too much.
Miller is not to be underestimated, as her office and campaign provides direct communication with vital community, business and religious leaders and influencers throughout the District and beyond.
She enjoys support from her husband, state rep. Chris Miller. He also has a Democratic challenger next November. Local and state support for his challenger is necessary to keep this opportunity for victory in the 15th alive, and it must begin now.
It's a heavy lift for any challenger to Rep. Miller, especially after she coasted to reelection with no challenges in either party.
That was the real impetus for our write-in campaign in the primary in 2024. I wanted to protect any future challenge to unseat Mary Miller from an even greater challenge in 2026.
Most Local Democrat leaders took unofficial guidance from the state Party to not support our Hail Mary write-in campaign in any way. Despite this Democratic resistance, thousands opted to write-in my name in 2024.
With access to 9 of the 35 counties, the official tally was 259, exactly half of the write-in votes necessary from less than a 1/4 of the district. Thank you all for the effort.
