I was today years old when I found out that we're offering up to $90,000 for certain AFSC re-enlistments. WHAT!!!! We also have $50,000 for people who have never been in the military before.

In the last few weeks I have been contacted by more unit referrals than I have throughout my career. While recruiting is very difficult and other branches and components are struggling, I can directly say that your referrals have made my job a lot easier. I was able to not only take the longest break from work I have ever in my life (3 months of baby leave), but I was also able to finish the year off strong with 125% of my goal.

I have amazing leadership and an amazing recruiting team that I love working for and with. This career is super rewarding for me, and I have everyone at the 169th FW to thank!

If you know anyone that is interested in joining, and you personally would like to work side by side with them, please give them my information and me theirs. I will work with you to try and make them the newest member of the Swap Fox family 🦊.

I am excited to announce that I am setting up a new office in Goose Creek on the Navy Weapons station. It is on base so I will need to es**rt anyone non military onto the base, but I am excited to have a place to meet people face to face. 👏🏽
