🚧 Paving Notice

Street paving operations will be conducted from June 1–4, 2026 on the following streets and alleys:

• Alley #8-4-11 between W 6th Ave. and W 7th Ave.
• E 3rd Ave. – Preston St. to Reyman St.
• E 16th Ave. – City Line to Foal St.
• Alley #8-5-5b between E 6th Ave. and E 7th Ave.
• Alley #8-2-12 between Burns St. and Grassdale St.
• Alley #8-5-2 between E 5th Ave. and E 6th Ave.
• Railroad Ave. – Reyman St. to parking lot
• Front parking lot at the Public Works Building
• S. Reyman St. – E 5th Ave. to City Line
• E 7th Ave. – Mildred St. to Preston St.
• E 6th Ave. – Mildred St. to Fairfax Blvd.

During paving operations, street parking will not be permitted. Traffic cones will be placed the day prior as notice for temporary no parking areas.

So much has gone into this project and the finished product will be worth the wait. A big thank you to the city staff, board volunteers, city council, and contractors who have worked for years to get the new pool that will serve the community for decades to come.
