Last Thursday 11 tenants completed the Certified Tenants Class!

The 3 week course was comprised of 3 different topics, house cleaning, financing and tenant/landlord relationships.

Lesley from Floyd County Extension and Outreach taught the first two class and Katie Nolte, Director and Stacy Ollendick, Senior Program Coordinator, taught the last class.

Congratulations to the Tenants! 🎉
