A University of Arkansas two-sport star, she helped win two SEC soccer titles, earned All-American honors in track, and ran on the collegiate-record 4x800m relay. In 2026 she was named SEC Female Scholar-Athlete of the Year after graduating with a perfect 4.00 GPA. As an XX-XY Athletics ambassador and plaintiff in the ICONS Title IX lawsuit against the NCAA, Ainsley fights to protect fairness, safety, and opportunity for female athletes. An Iowa native now working with the Zach Lahn campaign, she brings the same competitive fire and faith-driven conviction to the stage at the 3rd Annual Big Red Poli-Palooza, where she’ll speak on women’s rights in sports.

There is simply no substitute for meeting people where they are and listening to their stories.

A couple invited me into their home, and we sat down in their living room and talked. They recently moved to Iowa from New York. With family in Minnesota, they wanted to stay somewhat close—but deliberately chose Iowa because Minnesota is headed toward the same policies they had just left.

They described New York and shared story after story about what they had watched happen to their community, including their concerns about immigration. Illegal immigrants being housed in hotels as well as taking up residence in empty prisons and the enormous strain they felt government policies were putting on their communities and breaking the citizens.

💥Their message to Iowans is simple: don't take what you have here for granted.

They came to Iowa because they value the freedoms, common sense, and way of life we still have here—and they want Iowans to understand how quickly those things can change when socialist policies take hold.

Protecting Iowa means listening to people who have seen firsthand what happens when government gets too big and goes too far—and making sure we don't follow the same path.
