Notice of Public Meeting for Discussion of Possible State CDBG Application
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Charles City County will conduct a public meeting on June 18, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. at the Government Administration Building, located at 10900 Courthouse Road, Charles City, VA 23030, to discuss a proposed application for public infrastructure funding through the Virginia Department of Housing and Community Development (DHCD) Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program.
The proposed project involves improvements to the wastewater treatment facility that will provide service to the courthouse area and surrounding schools. The purpose of the meeting is to provide information regarding the proposed application and to receive public comments and input from residents regarding the project and community infrastructure needs.
