The school year is coming to a close, and we know there are a lot of families who rely on school lunches for their little ones to have a healthy meal to power through their day.

If you’ve been to our farm stand, you’ve likely seen our sign that reads “if you can’t pay today, take some eggs anyways.”

We mean it, and that applies to fresh produce, honey, and anything else at our stand.

We are supposed to look out for one another, and if you’re in need of a nutritious meal for your little one and are not in a position to pay, please stop and take what you need.

Thanks to everyone who supports our stand and we look forward to seeing everything throughout the summer!

International pets day!? Oh boy do we have some. While our farm does need to make money our love for our birds goes way past dollars for eggs. Each one with their own name and unique personalities. Hand raised from the day they crack that egg open. We love them so much we get them tattooed on our bodies!

From chickens to quail, African geese to a variety of ducks. A one eyed goose who can’t fly to a 16 year old swan who just living out her glory days. Here’s to you today and everyday!

Now’s the time to buy farm fresh eggs for easy peeling for Easter! 🐰

Your farm-fresh eggs are like little treasure gems. The best way to store them before you boil them for that magical easy-peel is to let them hang out in your fridge for a few days—think of it as their spa vacation. As they chill, the egg whites relax just enough, and the shell lets in a smidge of air. By the time you boil them, the shell practically says, “I’m ready to part ways,” making peeling a breeze. A little patience, and you’ll be a peeling pro!

Don’t even get me started on how beautiful colorful farm fresh eggs look when you dye them. Talk about a unique rainbow! 🌈 🥚
