Family caregivers often feel overwhelmed, anxious and isolated while they are caring for a loved one with dementia.
Services include: 24/7 phone support to speak with a nurse or social workers any time of day or night and home visits from a dementia educator to teach behavior management strategies for Alzheimer's disease and other dementias, help with medication, placement options and living wills.
