Did you know Americans eat nearly 7 billion hot dogs from Memorial Day to Labor Day?

Labor Day may mark the unofficial end of summer, but its real purpose is much bigger: honoring the American workers whose hard work, skill and determination keep our communities and economy moving forward.

I’m especially grateful for the thousands of dedicated employees serving Maricopa County every day and for working men and women across Arizona who build businesses, raise families and strengthen our communities.

Enjoy the long weekend, fire up the grill, and have a safe and happy Labor Day! 🇺🇸

Really proud of the work the QC Chamber of Commerce is doing along with the ASU Polytechnic campus developing the work force of the future!

Hearing from students on how shadowing and internships can help them in the businesses prepare. A few of the students mentioned that it’s important for businesses to see internships with high school age kids as a customer service initiative not necessarily a workforce development issue.

It certainly is one of the ways that we can get back to our community!

It was an absolute honor to moderate an election integrity panel last night featuring former Maricopa County Recorder Helen Purcell, former Arizona Supreme Court Justice Andy Gould, Pinal County Recorder Dana Lewis, and LD13 Senator J.D. Mesnard!

One thing we all agreed on: We need YOU to get involved in our election system.
