📣Facility Update! Tomorrow, June 19, all Champaign Park District facilities will be closed for Juneteenth, EXCEPT for Sholem Aquatic Center and Prairie Farm.

📣TEENS ONLY! CU Around the District will be at Leonhard Recreation Center next week!

Come for bracelet making, video games, and open gym for teens with a school ID.

The program runs from 6:30-8:30pm with open gym beginning at 6:45pm.

📣In anticipation of severe weather, Champaign Park District will close Sholem Aquatic Center and Prairie Farm for the full day on Wednesday, June 17.

All outdoor sports and tennis programs will also be cancelled for the day.

Evening programming will be cancelled, and all facilities will close for the day at 5:30pm.

Camp will go until 5:30pm as scheduled, but families are encouraged to pick up their children early if possible.

Stay safe and aware of all weather notifications!

Join us tomorrow for Nature Journaling at the Dodds Park Olympic Tribute! Illustrator and nature enthusiast Liza Wynette will guide us in artistically recording the changing weather, wildlife, and plant life throughout the seasons.

Please note: All ages. No registration required. Materials provided while supplies last. Seating is limited, please bring lawn chairs.
