HIRE - SHOP - DONATE - ADVOCATE
It is our desire at Hand Up Hope is to provide working opportunities to our housing challenged friends, that will inspire and foster their sense of dignity and self-worth.
This involves pairing a homeless person with a volunteer to complete miscellaneous projects such as light home maintenance and repair, lawncare, auto detailing - anything you might need done! Some of our friends earn by making batches of our all-organic pet treats, while others help pick up items, sort, stock and work in the Hand Up Hope Thrift Store.
100% of funds received from project work, thrift store sales, and pet treats will be used to continue to hire our housing challenged friends - supervision and administration is 105% volunteer effort, no salaries, and all overhead expenses are covered by corporate sponsors.
