At Strides, we envision a community where every individual has access to safe shelter, trauma-informed support, and the opportunity to rebuild their life. We’re looking for a Case Manager who shares that vision and wants to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our neighbors experiencing homelessness.

Our Case Managers walk alongside guests as they define what success looks like for themselves—honoring their individual goals, strengths, and experiences while connecting them with housing, resources, and opportunities that support their next steps.
