Josh Shapiro’s Department of Health has quietly submitted over 500 pages of proposed regulations that would give his administration sweeping new powers over your home, your medical records, and your children:
🚨 Warrantless entry into private homes
📄 Access to confidential medical records without consent
👧 Private interviews with your child at school — without notifying you — and school staff prohibited from interfering
😷 Statewide school mask mandates
🗃️ A mandatory vaccine database
All of it controlled by one office that reports directly to the Governor. Pennsylvanians voted to limit exactly this kind of power in 2021 when they amended the constitution after COVID. Shapiro is trying to do an end-run around that amendment through regulation — bypassing the legislature entirely.
Why? Because he’s building a résumé for 2028.
