๐Ÿ‘ Volunteer Appreciation: thank you, Logan Cordell!

Logan spends his summer breaks giving back, rolling up his sleeves on our build sites to help local families find home.

It runs in the family. Logan is the nephew of Kent, who leads the way on our construction sites, so good work is clearly a family trait.

Thank you, Logan, for spending your summers building something that lasts. ๐Ÿ”จ

Big progress on our St. Thomas build! ๐Ÿ—๏ธ

It's been a little while since our last update, and this one is really starting to look like a home. The walls are up, the roof is on, the walls are insulated, and the windows and doors are in. Our HVAC ductwork is underway too, so things are moving right along.

Every board and every beam brings a local family one step closer to a place of their own. Stay tuned, there's so much more to come!

๐Ÿ‘ Volunteer Appreciation: thank you, Randy Possehl!

For two years, Randy has shown up on our build sites, lending his time, sweat, and skill to help raise homes for local families.

Volunteers like Randy are the hands that turn blueprints into front doors. We could not build without him.

Thank you, Randy, for two years of showing up and making a difference. ๐Ÿ”จ

Remember last year when we said we built homes in a parking lot? ๐Ÿ”จ

That incredible day, in partnership with Grand Point Church, is finally coming to life here in Saint Thomas. The walls framed by so many hands that day are now standing as a real home. ๐Ÿ

One of those walls carries a Bible verse written right into the framing, a prayer and a blessing over this home, and a lasting reminder of how our community came together to serve.

We love when a story like this one comes full circle. ๐Ÿ™Œ

A huge thank you to the officers of the Chambersburg Police Department for spending a day on our build site! ๐Ÿ‘ฎ๐Ÿ’™ Watching this team trade their patrol shifts for hammers and hard hats was a powerful reminder of just how deep their commitment to this community runs.

Did you know your group, team, or business can organize a workday with us too? Build days are an incredible way to bond as a team, give back to your community, and make a real, tangible impact on families right here in Franklin County.
