This morning, the Boys & Girls Club of Chambersburg & Shippensburg and the Franklin County Housing Authority were proudly honored as the inaugural recipients of the Cumberland Valley Business Alliance Community Impact Award — a meaningful recognition of the outstanding work accomplished at the Boys & Girls Club Chambersburg Clubhouse, 440 West Washington Street.

This Clubhouse stands as a testament to what's possible when a community comes together. It reflects the power of collaboration and the very real difference that thoughtful, purposeful investment makes in the lives of those we are privileged to serve.

We were visited by Jazmine, a SNAP-Ed Nutrition Educator with Central Pennsylvania Food Bank at today's Fresh Express food distribution. Using shelf-stable meat from senior food boxes provided by the Central PA Food Bank, Jazmine led a demonstration for residents on preparing BBQ beef sliders.

This recipe was easy, quick, and only 3 ingredients! What pantry foods would you like recipe ideas for?
