Treasurer's Office Hours 8 a.m.- 4:30 pm

Taxes are due by October 31, 2026. You can mail your taxes in, but you will need to get the correct postmark. If you don't receive the correct postmark, you will be charged interest.
You can go to brulecounty.gov
-Equalization>GIS to view the property report for your tax amount.

We now have a Mother's room available on the 1st floor across from the Auditor's Office at the Courthouse. If you are here and need a quiet area to nurse, please feel free to use it. :)

REMINDER! We will need the Heavy Use Tax Form 2290 from the IRS when we license your trucks. Any vehicle that has tonnage over 27 tons will need the Form 2290 stamped by the IRS. See less

FROM THE HIGHWAY DEPARTMENT

The micro-seal project will begin on September 8, 26 on Hwy 16 between Kimball & Pukwana. This Project will last until the end of the week. There will be closures on Tues, Sept 8, and Wed, Sept 9.
There will be long delays all week due to construction.
Please use alternative routes this week, if possible.

The following week, work will begin on Farm to Market Road
Pukwana to Chamberlain.
