Helping individuals with severe and persistent mental illness live successfully and independently in the community of their choice.

Our goal is to improve quality of life while reducing the need for hospitalization through personalized support and guidance.

We can help with:

✔ Thinking and reasoning skills

✔ Finding safe and adequate housing

✔ Assessing health needs

✔ Applying for disability benefits

✔ Budgeting and daily living skills

✔ Building confidence and independence

Eligibility:

• 19 years of age or older

• Diagnosed with a severe or persistent mental illness such as bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, depression, and more

🛍️ Community Garage Sale Fundraiser 🛍️
Join us for the Legend Buttes Health Services Garage Sale on June 6–7, 2026, from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. at 11 Paddock Street in Crawford!
Come browse a wide variety of items and discover some great bargains while supporting a meaningful project at LBHS.
Proceeds from this garage sale will be used to enhance the clinic grounds through landscaping improvements and seasonal decorations, helping create a warm and welcoming environment for our patients, visitors, residents, and staff year-round.
A special thank you to Panhandle Frontier Finds for partnering with us to make this event possible!
