Cerro Gordo Volunteer Fire Department & Rescue Squad Established in 1968 a small group came together and formed a Volunteer Fire Department and Rescue Squad in order to serve and help in our small town.

At this time, we had roughly 20 members, a pumper, tanker and van. We are here and appreciate you all.
