U.S. Chamber of Commerce Infrastructure Reform Coalition - SUPPORT
AB 51 (Gonzalez) - Ban on employment arbitration - OPPOSE
AB 430 (Gallagher) - Expedited CEQA process to rebuild homes destroyed in wildfires - SUPPORT

Today the GCA took action on the following measures:
SB 50 - Transit & workforce housing that takes away local government control - OPPOSE
SB 70 - Requires the burying of utility lines increasing costs which will be passed on the ratepayers like businesses - OPPOSE
AB 23 - Establishes the Deputy of Workforce Coordination to promote Career and Technical Education programming between various state organizations - SUPPORT
SB 1 - Calif. Environmental, Public Health, and Workers Defense Act which is not necessary as most California laws already exceed federal regulations - OPPOSE
AB 441 - Underground water storage, which allows for unchecked diversion of water - OPPOSE
Joined the "Make Privacy Work" Coalition, advocating on behalf of California businesses to fix the unintended consequences of the California Consumer Privacy Act
