Regular Meetings

The City Council of Centreville meets on the 1st and 3rd Tuesday of every month at 5 pm at the Centreville City Hall located at 1270 Walnut St. Special Meetings

tice of specially called meetings are posted on the City Hall bulletin board in accordance with the Alabama Public Meetings Act. Regular Meetings are open to the press and the public. Anyone wishing or desiring to address the council will have 3 minutes at the end of each meeting. Any meeting held in Executive Session is closed to the public and the press.

The Centreville Water Dept is replacing a leaking fire hydrant this morning. The water will have to be shut off until around lunch time starting at the river bridge going towards Brent for customers on The south side of Walnut St, Mill St, Maple St, Cooper St , Riverside Dr and Short St.

The Water Crew is replacing a fire hydrant on Cahawba Dr. Everyone north of Hwy 82 on 219/Bham Rd will be without water for a few hours. We appologize for the inconvenience. We tried to send alerts on the Everbridge system, but it is not working. Thanks for your patience.
